End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Custom Calibration Company ("Company") regarding your use of the LabHQ application ("Software").

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business operations.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for unlawful purposes
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized persons

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The Software may connect to third-party services including QuickBooks Online, Twilio (for SMS notifications), and Resend (for email delivery) to provide enhanced functionality. By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receiving text messages at the phone number you provide. You may opt out at any time through your notification preferences.

5. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing use of the Software. Company may terminate this Agreement immediately upon breach of any term.
