Getting started with LabHQ is simple. Follow these easy steps to access your customer portal and start managing your calibration services.
Getting Started is Easy
Get Access
If you're a Custom Calibration customer, you already have access to LabHQ. Simply sign in with your credentials to get started.
Sign In
Visit the login page and enter your credentials. If you don't have an account yet, contact us and we'll set one up for you.
Explore Your Portal
Once signed in, you'll see your dashboard with an overview of your company, work orders, equipment, and schedules.
Start Managing
Navigate through the portal to view work orders, download certificates, check equipment due dates, manage schedules, and more.
Common Tasks
View Work Orders
Go to the Work Orders section to see all your active and completed work orders. Click on any work order to view details, status, and equipment.
Download Certificates
Access your certificates from the Certificates section or directly from work orders. Download, print, or share certificates instantly.
Check Equipment
View your complete equipment inventory, calibration history, and due dates. Set up reminders for upcoming calibrations.
Manage Schedules
View upcoming appointments, schedule pickups and deliveries, and see when your equipment is due for calibration.
Update Company Info
Keep your company information, locations, contacts, and addresses up to date in the Company section.
Communicate
Send messages to our team directly through the portal. Ask questions, provide instructions, or request information.
